HBQ - 903 is an automated processing center developed for the power distribution cabinet industry. It can achieve functions such as automatic wire feeding, stripping, number tube loading, thermal printing, automatic material selection for various types of discrete terminals, automatic jaw switching for crimping, visual inspection of product appearance, and automatic wire collection and bundling. The improvement of the automation level can perfectly address the shortcomings of traditional manual operations, such as complex processes, high labor intensity, and inability to guarantee quality. This equipment adopts a modular design concept and can provide customized services. It can flexibly adjust the workstation layout according to the actual production situation of customers, and has good market adaptability.
