HBQ-G506 automatic double-ended and double-wire crimping splicing machine is a wire harness processing equipment for automatic double-wire crimping. Its functions include double-head crimping, seal loading(optional), management device, terminal CCD appearance inspection (optional), double-wire crimping, etc., suitable for automotive wire harnesses and home appliance electronic wires. The overall layout adopts a modular design, ensuring high efficiency and it is easy to debug, it adopts modularized changeover, ensuring high changeover efficiency. The key components of the entire machine are sourced from either imported or well-known domestic brands, ensuring the reliability of the equipment.

HBQ-G506 automatic double-ended and double-wire crimping splicing machine, complete set includes: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of wire feeder, and wire retractor. The main machine can process wires with lengths ranging from 60 to 600 millimeters and cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.1 to 2 square millimeters.
